1) All materials will be Bluescope, Stracto, or Lysaght sourced and guaranteed.
2) Any additional work done at the request of the client not specifically listed within the quote will be charged at cost plus ten (10) percent.
3) Zenith Roof Restorations and Replacements Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damage directly or indirectly relating to faults, deficiencies, or deterioration in existing structures. Any cost incurred by Zenith Roof Restorations and Replacements Pty Ltd in repairing such defects enabling us to carry out the work will be charged at cost to the client plus ten (10) percent.
4) Zenith Roof Restorations and Replacements Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damages as a result from skip bins, including but not limited to scratches and cracking in driveways, damaged lawns, and garden beds.
5) Zenith Roof Restorations and Replacements Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damages to the internal gyprock, timbers, or contents as the client accepts the risk of us being on site, using heavy machinery, high pressure, etc. to carry out the agreed-upon work.
6) Once the job is completed, Zenith Roof Restorations and Replacements Pty Ltd is not liable for any damages or leaks. We agree to come and repair the roof if covered under warranty; however, we are not liable in any way for internal damage(s).
7) Zenith Roof Restorations and Replacements Pty Ltd is not liable for any damages, leaks, scratches, etc., for works that may be caused by other trades, e.g., solar installers, electricians, antenna installers.
8) It is understood that any materials left on site up until the completion of the job are the property of Zenith Roof Restorations and Replacements Pty Ltd and will be picked up by us. We will not be responsible for any damage or delay due to strikes, fires, accidents, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
9) It is understood that the site will be considered a building site, and as such, it is recommended that all persons either stay inside or off the site. Under no circumstance is any unauthorized person to access ladders or scaffolding; we will not be liable for any injuries that occur from this. We also suggest that all personal belongings that may be damaged be moved to a safe location; this includes cars and other items that may be damaged.
10) Zenith Roof Restorations and Replacements Pty Ltd will be responsible for all waste disposal and site clearance.
11) Once the quote is accepted, a deposit will be required to order materials. The deposit will typically be between 10-50%. Once the payment is made, no changes can be made to materials, including but not limited to color and material profile. Final payment is due on completion.
12) This quote (if accepted) shall form the whole of the agreement between the parties, and no promises or representations not contained herein shall have any force or effect.
13) Not paying in full for agreed works with Zenith Roof Restorations and Replacements Pty Ltd will result in no warranty for our works.
14) If we are not paid in full within 5 business days, we reserve the right to recoup our materials and return the job to how it was before we started.
15) Payment is due on completion and must be made immediately following the completion of work.
16) By agreeing to the quote, the client acknowledges and agrees to be liable for the cost of any materials purchased for the job. Should the client cancel or terminate the project for any reason after accepting the quote, the client will be responsible for reimbursing Zenith Roof Restorations and Replacements Pty Ltd for those costs.
17) If a customer reports an issue with the roofing project more than 3 months after the completion date, a reinspection fee will be charged. This fee will be fully refunded if the issue is determined to be covered under the warranty.
18) The deposit paid to secure services for the roofing project is non-refundable. This deposit is applied toward the cost of materials and labour and is necessary to schedule and begin work.
